Ведем подбор исполнителя договора подряда для удаленной работы на территории Республики Беларусь

Обязательные требования:

  • Опыт анализа и формализации требований на ИТ-проектах от 3 лет, разработка ТЗ
  • Понимание архитектуры RAG-систем и методов оценки их качества
  • SQL на уверенном уровне: JOIN, GROUP BY, оконные функции;
  • умение разобраться в незнакомой базе по документации
  • Python на уровне анализа данных (pandas), промышленная разработка не требуется
  • Опыт работы с предметными экспертами без ИТ-подготовки, умение вытаскивать из них требования
  • Опыт работы с корпоративными заказчиками, в том числе промышленными и государственными
  • Навыки планирования: план-график, очерёдность, критерии готовности
  • Понимание жизненного цикла ML-проекта и цены ошибки модели
  • Грамотная письменная речь, умение вести документацию
  • Git и трекер задач на базовом уровне

Будет преимуществом:

  • опыт в нефтегазовой или иной промышленной отрасли;
  • опыт сдачи проектов по государственным стандартам с ПМИ и ОПЭ;
  • опыт работы в закрытом контуре.
