The position offers a competitive salary, a hybrid workplace, and various benefits.\nMissions\nSupport the design and implementation of partner data flows, reporting requirements, and operational dashboards.\nWork with internal teams and external partners to understand data needs, integration requirements, and business processes.\nBuild and maintain data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and documentation for partner delivery and internal operations.\nProfil recherché\n### **What you will bring****Background:**\n* 1-3 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, data analysis or data-focused solutions roles.\n* Experience working with structured data, data pipelines, reporting, dashboards and data quality processes.\n* Experience supporting data requirements for client-facing products, platforms or partner integrations.\n* Experience in insurance or financial services, ideally within a start-up, scale-up or consulting environment, is beneficial.\n* Professional fluency in English. A Master’s degree or MBA is beneficial.\n**Skills:**\n* Strong SQL skills and confidence working with complex datasets.\n* Good understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and data mapping.\n* Ability to translate business and partner requirements into clear data specifications.\n* Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to data quality, consistency and accuracy.\n* Experience with BI or dashboarding tools like PowerBI, Tableau and Metabase\n* Experience with building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines.
