We document well, release frequently, and continuously improve\n\nOur team takes full ownership of our infrastructure. We actively replace legacy systems, experiment with new tech, and constantly look for ways to improve.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\nYou lead projects, make technical decisions, and contribute to improving our infrastructure strategy. You collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other teams to deliver platform-wide improvements.\n\nExamples of what you’ll work on:\n\n Designing and implementing robust, scalable infrastructure\n\n Defining strategy for observability, security, and automation\n\n Improving incident response processes and leading postmortems\n\n Executing large-scale migrations (e.g. CI/CD, data centers, platform changes)\n\n Mapping and managing complex dependencies between teams and systems\n\n Coaching colleagues, doing technical reviews, and sharing knowledge\n\nWhat do we offer?\n\nAre you joining our team?
