Reporting to the hiring manager.\n\nRole expectations\n\nWe expect this role to deliver Relevant creative, visual design, UX, or art direction experience with a portfolio.-level impact across our client portfolio.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDevelop creative and visually engaging designs for digital and traditional advertising platforms.\n\nInterpret client briefs and translate them into effective visual concepts.\n\nContribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation for campaigns and pitches.\n\nDesign digital assets, including social media graphics, banners, and other campaign materials.\n\nDevelop visual concepts that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.\n\nUse design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality creative work.\n\nIncorporate feedback from the Art Director, senior designers, and other stakeholders to improve design outputs.\n\nEnsure all designs are accurate, consistent, and free from errors before submission.\n\nDeliver assigned projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.\n\nCollaborate with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.\n\nSupport the creative team in developing concepts and materials for client pitches.\n\nStay updated on emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.\n\nParticipate in training and development initiatives to improve design skills and creative capabilities.\n\nProvide timely support to internal teams on design requests and campaign execution.\n\nEnsure creative deliverables align with client objectives and contribute to agreed campaign KPIs.\n\nMaintain professional communication, accountability, and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.\n\nPerform any other duties assigned from time to time.\n\nEducation:\n\nDiploma in Design, Fine Art, Visual Communication, UX, or related field;
