    • Sponsor, attend, and support hackathons using them as a primary sourcingand brand-building channel to identifystrong engineers early and build Belvedere's reputation in thecommunity

    • Own and continually sharpen our technical assessment process: partner with engineering leaders to build, run, and iterate on coding challenges and technical interviews that hold up as candidates' coursework and skill level advance

    • Partner with Technology & Platform hiring managers to understand evolving stack and skill needs and translate them into sourcing strategy and candidate evaluation criteria

    • Represent Belvedere during campus visits and virtual open houses, presenting our internship programs and early engineering talent development paths

    • Elevate diversity recruiting efforts by partnering with colleges/universities, student organizations, and technical events

    • Retroactively analyze engagement efforts to understand the return onstrategic partnerships (hackathons, clubs, academic programs) and the success of new engagements

    • Provide a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience by articulating our core values in ways that resonate with a technical, engineering-focused candidate pool

    • Evaluate and measure campus recruiting results and identifyareas for process and performance improvement, systematization, and automation

What you'll need

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to travel as needed during peak campus recruiting periods in the fall and spring, including tohackathons and technical career events
