This position offers an opportunity to learn Belvedere’s proprietary technology and trading operations in a challenging, fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills. You will need proficiency in troubleshooting and information gathering to help peers and developers resolve complex issues. Our teams provide around-the-clock support to facilitate fast issue resolution for our traders.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide first-rate support for traders by resolving issues promptly, answering questions, relaying feature requests, and providing the best possible trading experience.\nHandle a wide variety of immediate trading system issues with urgency.\nTroubleshoot complex trading system-related issues, log them into a ticketing system, and build a knowledge base to capture workarounds for future troubleshooting.\nReduce recurring issues and improve system stability by automating manual tasks, monitoring system components, and analyzing system logs.\nCollect data, identify patterns, and correlate problems to determine root causes.\nRecommend and implement improvements to technical support tools, procedures, and processes to reduce resolution time.\nBuild new tools to identify potential problems before they occur. \nWhat You'll Need\nKeen interest in electronic trading or finance with a willingness to learn and support traders in a production environment.\nProven technical experience, including: scripting and troubleshooting using PowerShell, Python, SQL, or similar languages;
