technical standards that the rest of the team can follow\n\n Technical Oversight\n Be the go-to person when developers hit a wall or make questionable decisions\n\n Spot-check solutions and code Development (together with CTO)\n Evolve and maintain our AI agent pipelines from planning to deployment\n\n Improve how agents are orchestrated, validated, and integrated into daily work\n\n Experiment with new AI tools and approaches, bring what works into the process\n\n DevOps & Infrastructure\n Solid understanding of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and monitoring\n\n Ability to set up and troubleshoot pipelines and deployments when needed\n\n Required Experience\n 5+ years in fullstack development\n\n Strong TypeScript/Node.js, React or similar modern web stack\n\n DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)\n\n Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB\n\n REST APIs, system architecture, integrations\n\n Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) beyond autocomplete\n\n Security best practices\n\n Fluent English and Russian\n\n Nice to Have\n Experience leading or mentoring developers\n\n MCP integrations and AI agent orchestration\n\n Multiple frontend/backend frameworks (Vue, Next.js, Python/Django)\n\n Mobile development (React Native, Flutter)\n\n Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform, Pulumi)\n\n
