Feel free to reference any tools, platforms, or workflows you use today.\nROLE OVERVIEW\nBenchling is launching a new AI offering called “Decision Support”. You'll be the first hire dedicated to bringing it to market. You’ll have direct ownership of outbound sales pitch and demo,and will influence the GTM motion end to end. You’ll focus on decision support initially, and the role may expand into other AI GTM areas.\nWhat success looks like in the first 6 months\nRunning outbound and demos independently.\n\nA AI GTM playbook (workshop format, pilot structure, or similar) that's being run across many customers.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nRun outbound to customer directors and VPs for new AI offerings.\n\nDeliver initial product demos to prospects and lead workshops.\n\nIterate on messaging and build sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks) as we learn what lands.\n\nAct as the internal early adopter for new AI GTM motions, testing, refining, and rolling them out to the broader field team.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n2+ years in a customer-facing role: sales, solutions consulting, or similar.\n\nComfort presenting to executives and running a room.\n\nBias toward action in ambiguity; this SKU and this role are both being built in real time.\n\nHOW WE WORK\nWe offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes in-office collaboration.
