Over 1.5 million users trust Benchmark ESGTM | Gensuite® with their Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) software system needs, and we are proud to offer solutions inspired by our users and created for worldwide leaders.\nBenchmark Gensuite Subscribers\nWorldwide: Colgate, General Electric, Grainger, Ineos, Ingersoll Rand, L3Harris, NBCUniversal, Reynolds, Wayfair, Whirlpool\nResponsibilities\nLeading and coordinating analytics projects, working closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver customer-facing reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools on Benchmark application data.\nWorking with Customer Services and other stakeholders to understand requirements, finalize efforts, and provide inputs for proposal creation.\nWorking with Application DEV and technical teams to define, validate, and optimize data models and data sources required for analytics and reporting solutions.\nOverseeing ongoing maintenance of reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, quality, performance, and timely resolution of data-related concerns.\nManaging multiple analytics projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination of team resources.\nProviding technical guidance and mentoring to team members on SQL, data analysis, data visualization, Power BI, and data transformation.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve existing analytics and reporting processes through automation, optimization, and improved data practices.\nQualification & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science, with coursework in database management and computer-related training.\n6-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, or a related field.\nMust be able to clearly understand and articulate complex data analytics problems and independently drive effective solutions.\nStrong experience in writing complex SQL queries and working with large and complex datasets is mandatory.\nExperience with Python is an added advantage.\nExtensive background in data mining, statistical analysis, and deriving meaningful insights from data.\nAdvanced skills in Power BI are mandatory.
