Is personalized service your specialty? Our Concierge is the face of the business and key to each resident and guest experience. This front desk role is for those who love hospitality. \nSchedule is Thursday through Sunday 3p to 8p\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nExemplifies the Benchmark culture of Elevating Human Connections with every interaction.\nProvides an excellent first impression to residents and guests projecting a welcoming, professional image at all times.\nFunctions as the \"hub\" of communications throughout the community for our residents, visitors and staff.\nIs a high level multi-tasker, able to manage numerous tasks/projects simultaneously.\nPays great attention to detail, is observant and intuitive.\nHotel/Resort experience a plus.\nDemonstrated passion for serving people.\n\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.\nOne to three years customer service experience and/or training;
