This entry-level position supports the day-to-day troubleshooting, administration and maintenance of the organization's HRIS platforms, including Dayforce and UKG Dimensions. The Junior Systems Analyst works closely with IT, Human Resources, and Payroll stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, resolve user issues, and support ongoing reporting needs. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.\nInternal Customer Support\nServe as a first point of contact for HRIS-related support tickets, providing timely and professional assistance to end users.\nTroubleshoot and resolve routine system issues, escalating more complex problems to the Lead IT Architect or the IT Applications Manager as needed.\nCommunicate clearly and proactively with users so they feel confident their issue is understood and being actively addressed.\nAssist in the creation of end user documentation, job aids, and training materials.\nSupport onboarding and training for new system users as needed.\nSystem Administration\nAssist with day-to-day maintenance and administration of Dayforce and UKG Dimensions, ensuring data accuracy and system availability.\nPerform routine system audits to identify and correct data discrepancies.\nSupport user access management, including setup, updates, and deactivation of user accounts and security roles.\nAssist the Lead IT Architect with configuration requests as needed.\nMonitor scheduled jobs, imports, and exports to ensure successful completion and troubleshoot failures as needed.\nSupport testing efforts for system updates, patches, and new releases as needed.\n\nReporting & Data\nAssist with the maintenance of standard and ad hoc reports within Dayforce and UKG Dimensions.\nSupport data validation efforts to ensure accuracy across HRIS platforms and integrations with downstream systems.\nHelp identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency within HRIS workflows.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.\nProfessional Aptitude\n0–2 years of experience in HRIS, IT support, or a related administrative role.\nPrior exposure to Dayforce, UKG Dimensions, or similar HRIS/HCM platforms is a plus, but not required.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nEagerness to learn new systems and grow technical skill set over time.\nAbility to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to ask questions and improve processes.\nTechnical\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nBasic understanding of relational databases and data structures a plus.\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.g., SysAid) preferred.\nCompetencies\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in a clear, approachable way.\nA customer-service mindset, communicating with warmth and clarity so users feel confident and supported throughout the resolution process.\nStrong
