In this unique and enriching environment, we offer Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes, as well as a skilled Health Center where we provide our residents with quality care and services.\n\nMeadow Ridge is seeking a part-time Receptionist \nPart Time opportunity 19 hours a week to cover the below schedule\nThursday & Friday 4pm-8pm, Satruday & Sunday 2:30 pm - 8pm\nHourly wage range $18.00 -$19.25\nPer diem opportunity also available\n\nAs Receptionist, you serve as the information referral center for our residents, families, potential residents, staff, guests, community contacts, and others visiting the community. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist shall provide support for some computer processing duties as appropriate. \n\nResponsibilities\nGreets visitors immediately upon arrival \nProfessionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner \nOffers refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors, where applicable \nManages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book. \nManages beauty and barber appointment book \nActs as concierge for residents (calling taxis, handling telephone and/or cable problems, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.) \nKeeps lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash \nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred. \nPossesses expert knowledge of telephone system and
