exceeding food services standards, budgetary requirements and managing kitchen operations.\nAct as a backup to the Executive Chef during their absence.\nUtilizing strong interpersonal skills, assist the Executive Chef in training and inspiring the culinary staff to consistently produce a high-quality product matched with exceptional presentation.\nRequirements\nEducation – High School diploma or equivalent certificate preferred\nThree (3) years of experience in a Cook or equivalent role\nSome management experience preferred\nDemonstrated interest in the elderly and knowledgeable about servicing their needs in a culinary setting\nHave demonstrated back-of-the-house production experience\nCurrent ServSafe certificate or equivalent\nAs a community associate at Benchmark, you will have
