AI Software DevelopmentLead the development of AI-powered SaaS platforms, web applications, and business automation systems.\n\nDesign and implement AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation, and intelligent business applications.\n\nIntegrate AI models and APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and other relevant AI services.\n\nDevelop AI solutions for marketing automation, customer service, data analysis, and business operations.\n\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable tools and frameworks for product development.\n\nB. Software Architecture and EngineeringDesign scalable, modular, and maintainable software architectures.\n\nLead the development of backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.\n\nEstablish coding standards, development workflows, version control practices, and software testing procedures.\n\nOversee system integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.\n\nEnsure software security, data protection, system reliability, and application scalability.\n\nC. Job Requirements\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in software development, with demonstrated experience in technical leadership or leading software projects.\n\nStrong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or other relevant programming languages.\n\nExperience developing web applications, backend services, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based software systems.\n\nPractical experience integrating LLM APIs and developing AI-enabled applications.\n\nFamiliarity with modern software development frameworks, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.\n\nKnowledge of database design, application security, authentication, and data protection.\n\nAbility to lead technical projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills.\n\n4. Preferred Qualifications\nExperience developing AI agents, multi-step AI workflows, chatbots, or AI automation platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, tool calling, and agent orchestration frameworks.\n\nExperience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.\n\nExperience with Docker, containerisation, and production deployment.\n\nExperience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms and subscription-based software products.\n\nExperience integrating third-party APIs, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or marketing technology tools.\n\n5.
