Responsibilities
- Influence our financial strategy. Partner closely with the leadership team to shape long-term planning, capital allocation, investment decisions, and other major strategic choices with significant implications.
- Drive financial planning and performance management. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance tracking to help the business achieve its goals.
- Improve reporting and financial processes. Contribute to accurate financial reporting, strengthen controls, support compliance requirements, and help prepare for audits.
- Support cash and capital management. Assist with treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, financial planning, and relationships with banking partners.
- Improve business economics. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and evaluate investments and resource allocation.
- Build scalable finance capabilities. Help develop finance tools, processes, and reporting systems that enable a growing and increasingly complex organization.
Requirements
