Partner closely with the leadership team to shape long-term planning, capital allocation, investment decisions, and other major strategic choices with significant implications.\nDrive financial planning and performance management. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance tracking to help the business achieve its goals.\nImprove reporting and financial processes. Contribute to accurate financial reporting, strengthen controls, support compliance requirements, and help prepare for audits.\nSupport cash and capital management. Assist with treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, financial planning, and relationships with banking partners.\nImprove business economics. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and evaluate investments and resource allocation.\nBuild scalable finance capabilities. Help develop finance tools, processes, and reporting systems that enable a growing and increasingly complex organization.\nRequirements\nReasoning ability Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems.
