This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a meaningful impact on the employee experience.\nThis role offers a consistent weekly schedule with flexibility, though availability to work either Saturday or Sunday on-site is strongly preferred.\nYou'll work closely with store leadership while partnering with an external HR Consultant for guidance on complex employee relations and compliance matters.\nWhat You'll Do\nProcess bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time\n\nAssist with employee onboarding and offboarding\n\nCoordinate benefits administration and annual open enrollment\n\nSupport employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies\n\nRecruit for open positions by posting jobs, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates\n\nMaintain employee files and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality\n\nAssist managers with general HR guidance and day-to-day employee matters\n\nEscalate complex employee relations, compliance, and performance issues to the HR Consultant\n\nHelp ensure HR policies and employment practices remain compliant\n\nSupport employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects\n\nPerform other administrative and HR duties as assigned\n\nQualifications\nPrevious Human Resources experience required\n\nExperience processing payroll required\n\nExperience administering employee benefits and open enrollment preferred\n\nRecruiting and hiring experience\n\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail\n\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nComfortable working independently while collaborating with store leadership and an external HR Consultant\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems\n\nRetail HR experience is strongly preferred\n\nSchedule\nPart-time (20-40 hours per week)\n\nFlexible scheduling with a consistent weekly schedule\n\nMust be available to work on-site either Saturday or Sunday\n\nPrimarily on-site position\n\nWhy Lori's Natural Foods?\nAt Lori's Natural Foods, our employees are at the heart of everything we do.
