Working closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team, this position is responsible for driving census growth through strategic sales leadership, local marketing initiatives, and strong partnerships with referral sources and community organizations.\nResponsibilities\nDemonstrates strong leadership by modeling the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to exceptional resident and family experiences.\nLeads a culture of sales across the community through the implementation and management of sales initiatives, conducting sales activities and ensuring a tactical sales approach is followed in achievement of established census goals.\nDevelops and executes a local marketing strategy to generate qualified leads.\nGenerates prospects and maintains positive, productive, and impactful relationships with potential customers, families, and referral sources.\nProvides onboarding, coaching, and mentorship to community sales and marketing associates when assigned.\nMaintains communication with sales and marketing regional leadership regarding community status.\nPromotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company. \nPerforms other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.\nQualifications\nQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field \n5 + years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate\nStrong understanding and knowledge in sales and marketing processes for long-term care organizations\nProven track record of achieving occupancy/sales or revenue targets\nExperience with CRM systems and lead management\nValid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine’s requirements\nAbility to travel up to 2/3 of work time via car or air carrier\nQUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED\n5+ years of strategic knowledge of the senior living and/or healthcare landscape, including referral networks\nExperience with digital marketing and social media platforms\nEEO/AA/Vet Friendly\nSalary Range\n$95,000 - $105,000 annuallyBenefits Statement\nA robust benefits package is available to eligible associates, designed to meet the needs of every stage of life, including paid time off (PTO), retirement, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits.
