As a LPN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator, you will manage the resident’s MDS/RAI care plan from admission to discharge.\nResponsibilities\nThe LPN ensures all Quality Reporting Program data elements are completed on the MDS item sets.\nThe LPN assists in completion of Benedictine Patient Driver Payment Model (PDPM) worksheets to evaluate for completion of Interim Payment Assessments under PDPM. \nQualifications\nLPN in good standing with the board of nursing.\nExperience in working with MDS, Medicare, assessment, and care planning processes.\nKnowledge of current state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.\nAbility to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MatrixCare.\nMust be able to read, write and communicate in English.\nBenedictine and our Ministry partners are a non-profit senior care organization founded by the sisters of St. Scholastica that operates on four core values: Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
