Community Care Delivery and Repair Specialist (Full Time)

Delivers and educates patients and caregivers on oxygen equipment, hospital beds, and other equipment that is instrumental in allowing patients to safely remain at home. Makes sure all proper documentation is completed at the time of delivery and troubleshoots any equipment concerns with the patient or caregiver, repairs and replaces equipment in the home as necessary, and assists with repairing or reprocessing equipment at the Home Medical Equipment store. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health system organization policies and procedures.
Education/License/Experience Requirements:- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid Montana driver’s license
- Previous experience or successful completion of factory training seminar for home medical equipment preferred
