This position supervises security personnel, coordinates emergency response activities, investigates incidents, and assists in maintaining compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and security procedures. Serves as a leader and resource for the security team while promoting excellent customer service and professional conduct. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, HIPAA requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.\nDemonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.\nWill perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
