In this role, you will perform in the planning and design of civil site/land development projects. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the growth of the civil site/land development group.\n\nLocation \nThis position will be primarily in the office, with occasional availability to work from home. This position will be based out of our Glastonbury, CT office.\nThe Impact You Will Have\nProduce multiple, concurrent civil site/land development projects for municipal, public, and private clients.\nEnsure the development of high-quality engineering documents.\nAdhere to all internal procedures for quality control, documentation, and project tracking.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required. EIT certification preferred.\n1-3 years of experience\nExcellent communication skills, verbal and written.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nDesire to work hard and grow professionally.\n #LI-ML1\n\nThe expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the State of Connecticut Pay Transparency Laws.
