You'll work in the office three days per week during training, transitioning to two days in the office and three days remote once training is complete.\nOccasional travel to college campuses and recruiting events may be required.\nThe Impact You Will Have\nCoordinate career fairs, campus visits, and recruiting events from registration through execution.\nBuild connections by partnering with universities, students, recruiters, and hiring teams to help grow our early talent pipeline.\nManage schedules, event logistics, materials, registrations, and communications to keep everything on track.\nCreate great experiences for all stakeholders by helping coordinate interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting a smooth recruiting process.\nSupport candidate prescreens, recruiting projects, reporting, and other team initiatives as needed.\nWhat You'll Bring\n1-2 years of consistent work experience in customer service, event coordination, administrative support, or a related field.\nA love for organization, planning, and keeping track of the little details.\nStrong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.\nThe ability to juggle multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks.\nA strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop new skills\nA proactive, dependable attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.\nComfort using Microsoft Office and learning new technology. Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and manage information is highly preferred.\nThe expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the State of Illinois Pay Transparency Act, Illinois Pay Transparency Law. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary, overtime, and bonuses.\nOur benefits package is designed to take care of our employees and is compliant with the State of Illinois Paid Leave Act, Illinois Paid Leave Act.
