Successful candidates will combine instructional design expertise, visual design capability, digital content production skills, and a deep understanding of learning technologies.\nThe primary objective of these roles is to convert existing documentation, presentations, process guides and subject matter expertise into structured learning pathways that sit within our LMS, culminating in certification programmes, assessments and knowledge validation activities.\nThe successful candidates will help establish the learning experience standards, visual identity and quality benchmarks across our LMS ecosystem, acting as brand champions for all learner-facing content.\nResponsibilities\nLearning Experience Design\nAnalyse existing learning materials and transform them into engaging digital learning pathways.\n\nApply recognised Instructional Design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy and Adult Learning Principles.\n\nCreate learning solutions that maximise knowledge retention, learner engagement and business impact.\n\nDesign learning journeys that progressively build capability and culminate in certification and assessment outcomes.\n\nContent Development\nDevelop eLearning content using industry-leading authoring tools.\n\nCreate interactive modules, simulations, branching scenarios, software demonstrations, explainer videos and microlearning assets.\n\nProduce professional-quality multimedia learning content for both synchronous and asynchronous delivery.\n\nEnsure learning content is accessible, scalable and maintainable.\n\nAssessment & Knowledge Validation\nDesign meaningful knowledge checks throughout learning programmes.\n\nBuild summative and formative assessments.\n\nCreate certification exams and accreditation pathways.\n\nMeasure knowledge acquisition and learner performance against defined objectives.\n\nLMS & Learning Technology\nPackage and publish SCORM-compliant content.\n\nEnsure content is optimised for LMS delivery and reporting.\n\nCollaborate on learning pathway architecture and programme structure.\n\nMaintain consistency of user experience across the learning platform.\n\nBrand & Quality Standards\nAct as a champion for the Benifex learning brand.\n\nEnsure visual consistency, usability and quality across all learning assets.\n\nApply strong graphic design principles to improve learner experience and engagement.\n\nEstablish and maintain content standards, templates and design guidelines.\n\nStakeholder Engagement\nWork with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and convert it into effective learning experiences.\n\nChallenge content where appropriate to ensure learner-centred design.\n\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nEssential\nProven experience working as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer (LXD), eLearning Designer or similar role.\n\nDemonstrable portfolio showcasing modern digital learning solutions.\n\nExtensive experience designing end-to-end learning programmes.\n\nExperience creating certification pathways and assessment frameworks.\n\nStrong understanding of instructional design theory and adult learning methodologies.\n\nExperience transforming complex technical or business content into engaging learner experiences.\n\nExperience working with LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems.\n\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\n\nHighly Desirable\nExperience working within SaaS, technology, benefits, HR, financial wellbeing or software environments.\n\nExperience creating product learning, onboarding and certification programmes.\n\nExperience supporting large-scale employee or customer education initiatives.\n\nEven if you don't meet all of the requirements for this role, we encourage you to apply!
