You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client implementations and renewals across the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client outcomes. This is a highly client-facing role, with a strong focus on communication, organisation, and stakeholder management. With structured onboarding, ongoing training, and support from experienced leaders, you’ll quickly develop the skills to deliver projects the Benifex way while building your career in a fast-growing environment.\nResponsibilities\nManage a portfolio of projects across multiple customers, ensuring delivery to time, scope, and quality expectations\n\nAct as the main point of contact for clients, leading regular meetings and maintaining strong relationships\n\nCoordinate delivery across project phases including discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live\n\nBalance multiple projects at different stages, effectively prioritising tasks and managing competing deadlines\n\nMaintain project plans, documentation, and RAID logs to ensure effective tracking and governance\n\nSupport customer testing and implementation activities, ensuring a smooth delivery experience\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes\n\nMonitor project risks and issues, escalating where required to ensure successful delivery\n\nSpend significant time engaging with customers via virtual meetings and communication channels\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n2-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role\n\nExperience working with external clients or in a customer-facing environment\n\nStrong communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions and build client relationships\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities\n\nHighly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to delivery\n\nAbility to absorb knowledge quickly and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams\n\nEnergy, engagement, and curiosity - with a genuine interest in delivering great customer outcomes\n\nEven if you don't meet all of the requirements for this role, we encourage you to apply!
