Working across customers of varying size and complexity, you’ll gather and translate requirements into high-quality, best-practice solutions that deliver an excellent user experience. You’ll take ownership of your designs, confidently explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while collaborating closely with technical experts. This role suits a proactive, solution-oriented consultant who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and making a real impact on customer outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nLead collaboration with customers, brokers and benefit providers throughout implementation projects across UK&I and international markets\n\nGather, document and analyse customer requirements, producing detailed solution designs aligned to Benifex best practices\n\nPartner with technical colleagues to design feasible, scalable solutions that meet customer goals within Benifex technology\n\nIdentify risks, exceptions and edge cases early, designing robust end-to-end processes and workflows\n\nDeliver solutions with a strong focus on user experience for both employees and customer administrators\n\nBuild and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders\n\nAct as a subject matter expert on benefits, Benifex solutions and integrations for internal teams\n\nSupport product development initiatives with customer and market insights\n\nRepresent Benifex as a solution expert in sales meetings when required\n\nContribute to and continuously improve Benifex best-practice libraries, processes and implementation standards\n\nShare knowledge and act as a role model within the consulting community, supporting the development of others\n\nContinuously research and expand your understanding of the global benefits landscape\n\nWhat we are looking for\nExperience in a customer-facing, requirements-gathering role within a project delivery environment\n\nProven ability to deliver multiple customer projects simultaneously\n\nExperience working on system integration projects, ideally HR or Payroll integrations\n\nStrong ownership mindset with a completer-finisher approach and high accountability\n\nEvidence of proactively driving improvements and constructively challenging the status quo\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex or technical concepts to varied audiences\n\nConfidence in navigating difficult conversations with empathy and fairness\n\nA collaborative team player with a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset\n\nComfortable working with technology and logical process design\n\nBonus points for:\nExperience in the benefits/HR/ technology/payroll industry in a consulting or implementation role\n\nOur interview process\nBenifex understands the need to have a fast and efficient process, the below will all be completed in the shortest time possible.\nInitial interview with the Talent team.\nInterview and Presentation with the hiring manager.\nFinal interview with a senior team member/director.\nWe look forward to receiving and reading your application!\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
