We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just define what should be built, but is excited to build it themselves.\nReporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, Alex Tzukerman, you’ll own a product domain end-to-end: understanding user problems, setting direction, analysing data, shaping solutions, prototyping with AI tools like Claude Code, and working closely with engineers to bring ideas into production.\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn a product domain, including its vision, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes.\nGet close to our users, clients, internal teams, workflows, and data to identify high-value problems.\nUse Claude Code or similar AI coding tools to build, prototype, test, and iterate on product capabilities.\nTurn business problems into practical solutions across UI, APIs, integrations, workflows, data, and automation.\nWork closely with Engineering to take ideas from prototype to production-ready SaaS features.\nUnderstand and shape API integrations, data flows, authentication, webhooks, error handling, and edge cases.\nUse data and product judgment to decide what to build, automate, configure, or deprioritise.\nPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Operations, and external partners to turn real customer needs into scalable solutions.\nCommunicate clearly, document decisions, and keep teams aligned.\nWhat we’re looking for\nExperience as a Product Manager, Product Builder, or similar role in a SaaS or B2B technology company.\nHands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools to build features, prototypes, automations, or internal tools.\nStrong technical fluency and a practical understanding of APIs, integrations, data structures, authentication, webhooks, logs, and system behaviour.\nEnough SQL and data skills to investigate problems and understand product impact.\nExperience with no-code/low-code tools such as Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable, or similar.\nStrong product judgment and the ability to balance user value, commercial impact, effort, risk, and strategy.\nExcellent written communication and structured thinking.\nComfortable working with remote engineering teams and moving quickly without creating chaos.\nA proactive, resourceful mindset and a willingness to work through ambiguity.\nThis role is for you if…\nYou’re a builder, not just a coordinator.\nYou enjoy taking a messy problem, figuring out what actually matters, and turning it into something that works.\nYou’re comfortable talking to users, looking at data, understanding how systems work, experimenting with AI tools, and getting your hands dirty rather than waiting for someone else to build the first version.\nAnd you’re excited about the idea that AI is changing what great Product Managers can do themselves.\nAt Benivo, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape that new way of building product - while solving meaningful problems in Global Mobility for enterprise clients around the world.\nBenefits\nHybrid working: one to two days per week in the office (King’s Cross)\n33 days paid annual leave, including bank holidays which are flexible - you may choose to work on bank holidays and take the day off elsewhere in the year\nFlexible start-end times (core hours are 10am - 4pm)\nA yearly generous wellbeing cash-allowance\nPayLater cash advance - financial assistance for large personal expenses (e.g moving house, furniture, etc)\nWork remotely from 30+ countries for one month per calendar year\nEnhanced employer pension contributions of up to 5%\nShare options in the employee’s options plan\nCompany social events and team celebrations\nBenivo is an equal-opportunity employer.
