Through a positive and engaging workplace, we facilitate growth, development, and fulfillment for all.\nJoin us and be a part of a brand that inspires creativity, innovation, and passion in support of locally-owned stores around the world.\nClick here to see how you can paint your future!\nResponsibilities\nEnsure stability, reliability, and timely upgrades of SAP ERP systems hosted on SAP RISE and Hyperscaler cloud platforms.\nProvide day-to-day support for SAP ECC 6.0, S/4HANA, BW/BPC, GRC, Fiori, MDG, EWM/TM, PO, Solution Manager, ChaRM, and HANA DB.\nExecute operational tasks including transport management, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and error resolution.\nMaintain multiple SAP instances across development, test, training, and production environments.\nDesign and implement optimal SAP configurations to maximize system performance and availability.\nInstall, configure, and manage SAP application servers, databases (HANA, SAP IQ, Sybase ASE), and web dispatchers in cloud environments.\nLead SAP system upgrades, kernel patches, support packages, and enhancement packs.\nArchitect and implement HANA 2.0 table partitioning strategies and optimize expensive SQL statements.\nAdminister HANA XS/XSA applications and manage load balancers and application security.\nEstablish and enforce SAP security processes and governance across ECC, HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, CHaRM, and Portal.\nImplement SAP HANA database encryption and manage certificates and keys.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support rollouts, upgrades, and issue resolution.\nMentor junior team members and guide technical decisions.\nDrive automation of SAP Basis activities.\nMaintain architecture documentation and runbooks for infrastructure and networking components.\nTroubleshoot issues with job scheduling, transport management, and printer administration.\nExecute Transport and Correction procedural standards in compliance with Change Control Board requirements.\nProvide updates on forecasts and developments in SAP technology.\nPerform pre- and post-system copy procedures in multi-application SAP and non-SAP environments.\nResolve SAP application network issues in a timely manner.\nMonitor SAP systems for performance and health.\nQualifications\nSAP Basis Administrator with 12+ years' experience with SAP Enterprise Components (ECC), SAP S/4HANA, Business Intelligence (BI), SAP Enterprise Portals, Process Integration (PI) /Process Orchestration, Business Objects (BOBJ), BODS, Business Warehouse (BW) Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), FIORI, Solution Manager 7.2 and NetWeaver technologies.\nExperience in managing the SAP ERP Systems including S/4HANA in hyperscaler clouds (SAP RISE).\nExpertise in NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA Admin and SAP HANA Basis and Certificate handling.\nExperience in System Integration and Interfaces.\nExperience developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery Plans.\nDeep understanding of HANA architecture and hands-on experience in HA/DR, HSR, MDC, and its operational and support aspects.\nExperience in HANA database Diagnostics files, thread dump analysis, CPU and memory optimizations, Cluster configuration, Scale-out architecture.\nSAP Application performance optimizations - Work process utilization, Enqueue analysis.\nGood understanding of critical HANA parameters and impact.\nMinimum of twelve (12) years of technical experience utilizing SAP Basis is required.\nA bachelor’s degree (or higher) or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.\nStrong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.\nMust have a strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge in Linux (SLES and RHEL) and Windows operating systems.\nEngagement, Inclusion + Social Impact\nAt Benjamin Moore, we don't just accept difference - we celebrate it, support it, and thrive because it benefits our employees, customers, and community.
