This is a predominantly office-based leadership role where you'll oversee a team responsible for customer administration, stock control processes, and operational support across the network. The role combines team leadership, customer service excellence, and administration management to help deliver a first-class customer experience.\nIf you're a people-focused leader who enjoys managing administrative operations, supporting customers, and driving team performance, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeading, coaching and developing a team of administration and stock colleagues.\n\nEnsuring customer delivery administration is completed accurately and efficiently.\n\nSupporting the delivery of a positive customer experience across the network.\n\nManaging workload priorities and providing day-to-day guidance to the team.\n\nMonitoring the admin of stock accuracy and assisting with investigations where discrepancies occur.\n\nProducing reports and analysing operational data to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nWorking closely with warehouse, transport and customer service teams to resolve issues.\n\nSupporting performance reviews, coaching conversations and colleague development.\n\nDriving high standards, continuous improvement and a \"right first time\" approach across the department.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.\n\nStrong customer service background with experience managing customer queries, complaints or service-related issues.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nExperience managing workloads and supporting team performance.\n\nStrong investigation and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.\n\nAbility to build positive working relationships across multiple departments.\n\nA proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail.\n\nLogistics, warehouse or distribution experience would be advantageous but is not essential.\n\nWhat's in it for You?\nYou'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction while developing your leadership skills within a supportive and fast-paced logistics environment.
