This is a people-focused leadership role where you'll coordinate workflows, coach colleagues, and ensure products move safely and efficiently through the operation.\nWorking alongside other Team Leaders and site management teams, you'll play a key role in delivering operational targets, maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy, and creating a positive working environment for your team.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLeading, motivating and coaching a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily productivity and service targets.\n\nSupporting warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, loading and dispatching customer orders.\n\nOrganising workloads and coordinating resources to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.\n\nPromoting a strong health & safety culture and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\nSupporting the training and development of colleagues through hands-on coaching and best practice guidance.\n\nWorking closely with inventory teams to maintain stock accuracy.\n\nIdentifying and resolving operational issues, escalating where appropriate.\n\nSupporting the delivery of site efficiency and stock loss targets.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience within a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment.\n\nExperience leading, coaching or supervising operational teams.\n\nStrong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control and health & safety practices.\n\nExcellent communication and organisation skills.\n\nAbility to lead by example and create a positive team culture.\n\nComfortable using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), scanners and Microsoft Office applications.\n\nA proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.\n\nDesirable\nForklift licence or certification.\n\nIOSH qualification.\n\nExperience supporting health & safety initiatives.\n\nKnowledge of SNAP or other warehouse management systems.\n\nShift Pattern\nThis role operates on a rotating shift basis across the warehouse operation.
