Or, as we like to put it: BENTELER makes it happen!\nCore Responsibilities:\nAssist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Reliability Centered Maintenance strategy for plant- based upon business needs.\nIdentify and assist in the implementation of best practices related to reliability improvements across site.\nGuide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.\nApply appropriate reliability tools to drive improvements, optimize costs, and improve asset effectiveness (i.e., Bad Actor Program, FMEA, RBI, RBM, RCM, Reliability Roadmap, etc.).\nMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for proactive identification and resolution of reliability issues.\nTrack production losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets to find ways to reduce those losses or high costs through root cause analysis, plan approval, and facilitate implementation.\nLead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFAs) and corrective actions for complex and/or repetitive problems. Participate in reliability related incident investigations, prioritize action items, and follow-up on implementation.\nIdentify, develop, and implement engineered improvements and projects for chronic or repetitive issues.\nImprove overall plant reliability through PM effectiveness tracking, corrective work orders, and PM process improvements.\nDevelopment of critical equipment list, critical instrument list, and critical spare parts inventory. This includes monitoring and optimizing the store's system considering the needs of the site.\nProvides input to a risk management plan that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability related risks that could adversely impact plant operations.\nSupport capital projects by supplying historical data, cost analysis, or other information related to reliability during scope development.\nWork with Engineering Team to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.\nParticipate in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans.\nParticipate in the final check-out of new installations to assure adherence to functional specifications.\nJob Requirements:\nBS in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or like area -
