The Platform organization is building the foundation that enables Bentley and its ecosystem to create digital twin experiences for the built and natural environment through open platforms, open standards, and developer-focused technologies.\nReporting to the Head of Software Engineering, this role is responsible for building and leading high-performing software development teams that deliver impactful platform capabilities while creating an environment where engineers can do their best work and grow their careers. While the primary focus of this role is leading people and developing talent, the successful candidate must be able to establish credibility with technical leads and senior engineers enabling strong partnerships and effective leadership within highly technical teams\nWe are looking for a Manager, Software Development who is passionate about developing people and helping teams achieve their full potential. This role is responsible for setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, managing performance, supporting career growth, and building an engaged, high-performing team culture. The manager will partner closely with Technical Leads, Product Managers, and peer leaders to create clarity, alignment, and focus across the organization.\nThis is a people leadership role.
