They are responsible for understanding/managing the client expectations, assembling the project team(s), assigning individual responsibilities, identifying the required resources and developing the schedule to ensure timely completion of the projects. The Program Manager ensures adherence to quality standards and internal Bentley Systems processes and methodologies and alignment to customer processes.\nResponsibilities:\nManage client relations.\nAnalyze and interpret customer needs.\nPrepare scope of work/s and execution plans to ensure complete clarity across all required functions within Bentley Systems.\nMaintain a complete plan for the whole program of work and for individual projects.\nReport status, risks, and actions at project and program level, both internally and to the customers.\nManage all projects achieving baseline man-hour estimate, plus approved/agreed changes, and are on or ahead of baseline schedule (including approved schedule changes)\nDefine the resources needed to effectively execute the projects.\nEnsure proper and regular use and maintenance of the Enterprise Project Management System.\nAgree on project success and acceptance criteria with all involved parties.\nManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using change management procedures.\nManage stakeholders (internal and external) through effectively communicating project plans, progress, expectations, risks, assumptions and dependencies in a timely and clear fashion throughout the project.\nManage assumptions, dependencies and constraints.\nIdentify and manage risks through mitigation and contingency planning.\nIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, and escalate as required.\nEnsure that revenue forecasts are updated weekly for all active projects.\nProvide accurate support for all invoicing, checking the invoices are correct before sending to the user; perform accurate revenue recognition (accruals/release from deferral)\nConduct project lessons learned and share the output with others.\nProvide influence into the client organization and strategic advice on best ways of delivering change.\nAct as mentor to project managers and project coordinators.\nQualifications:\n7+ years’ work experience as a Senior Project Manager involving high-risk or complex projects\nProject / Program management certification required (PMP/PgMP preferred)\nDegree and/or Higher National qualifications related to Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Information Management or Computer Science or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) preferred\nExperience with different commercial arrangements e.g. fixed price and T&M projects\nHighly experienced in business development, stakeholder engagement and communication with clients at all levels of the organization\nDetailed knowledge of digital engineering and digital transformation and how it can add value and efficiencies to existing processes and practices\nA proven track record of leading the delivery of technology solutions programs to organizations operating in the Built Environment\n\nThis is a Hybrid role.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nStep into a collaborative work environment where ideas flourish, and teamwork propels us forward towards shared success.\nAn attractive salary and benefits package.\nBentley Impact Day: take a day off from work to volunteer with an organization of your choice.\nCelebrate milestone achievements and moments that matter through our colleague recognition award programs and our Bentley Achievers platform.\nA commitment to inclusion, belonging and colleague wellbeing through global initiatives and resource groups.\nBe part of a company committed to making a real difference by advancing the world’s infrastructure for better quality of life, where your contributions help build a more sustainable, connected, and resilient world.
