You will provide input and advise on strategies to achieve strategic objectives while improving Users sentiment. You will work with a range of stakeholders from individual contributors to subject matter experts and executives alike.\nResponsibilities:\nBe accountable for overall projects and program planning and documentation, and management of expectations, milestones, and deliverables.\nProvide timely and informative reporting on project progress and project success metrics.\nLink all activities within a program of work to maximize efficiency and reduce risks\nEnsure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.\nTake corrective actions where needed to achieve project deliverables to the project timeline. \nHave the confidence and capability to hold all stakeholders, including senior stakeholders accountable to project commitments.\nPerform risk management analysis to reduce project risks\nWork closely with Account Managers and Success Managers to define the best delivery strategy for your assigned accounts\nAct as a key contact for facilitation and coordination of communication between internal departments.\nPromptly identify risks and issues and propose solutions to mitigate them\nContribute to the development of processes and best practices for project management execution for the project management team.\nWork may require to spend up to 80% of the time on-site.\nQualification:\nBA, BS or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of program or project management experience, working with large projects and international customers.\nPMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management certification.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting.\nHighly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done.\nExcellent ability to work and communicate at all levels within an organization.
