As part of the team, you'll contribute to products that have a real-world impact on critical infrastructure used by millions of people every day.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.\nParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.\nCollaborate with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.\nSupport product modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.\nContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3+ years of professional experience developing backend applications and services using C#, C++, .NET, or similar object-oriented technologies.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, and scalable application architecture.\nExperience working with source control systems such as Git.\nExperience debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software throughout the development lifecycle.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to code quality and maintainability.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile development environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English. \nDesirable:\nExperience developing enterprise-scale software products.\nExperience with cloud platforms and technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.\nExperience designing and building APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams.\nKnowledge of utility, infrastructure, engineering, GIS, or digital twin software domains.\nExperience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.\nGerman language skills are beneficial for collaborating with customers in the DACH region but are not required for success in this role.\nPlease note if you are employed full-time, the salary for this position ranges from 3500 EUR gross (before taxes-Lithuania) depending on knowledge and experience.\nIf you are ready to take your development skills to the next level and be part of a team that is shaping the future of software, we want to hear from you!
