You will participate in transforming our industry leading products on their journey to contributing to and leveraging Desktop services and solutions.\nYour Day-to-Day:\nAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will plan and design software that will meet quality, performance, maintainability, testability, and other criteria set by the relevant stakeholders. You will act as a role model in technical expertise to our junior colleagues. You will work in small, empowered teams where you will participate in user problem discovery, following the empowered teams' model. Your work areas will include:\nTake ownership of the functionality you write and designs you implement.\nResearch, evaluate and explore new technologies as needed.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, QA, DevOps) to define requirements and deliver solutions.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.\nDebug and troubleshoot complex issues in existing codebases, providing timely fixes and improvements.\nParticipate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to quality standards.\nContribute to system architecture discussions and help improve design patterns and software frameworks.\nDevelop unit tests during the project to ensure code assets are of quality and satisfy required use cases.\nShare Knowledge with the team and be mentor to junior members in the team.\nSkills & Qualification s\nBachelor/master’s degree in engineering with 7+ years equivalent work experience as Software Engineer.\nStrong knowledge C++/C#/.NET/Python.\nHands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate development and delivery.\nExperience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks for exposing services to agentic applications\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (eg.
