Candidates should be comfortable and genuinely willing to do detailed, manual, transaction-level work, not only review or supervise it.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess high-volume vendor invoices and handle daily manual data entry in Excel and the accounting system.\nPrepare and post manual journal entries (accruals, prepayments, reclasses, adjustments) and maintain accounts and schedules in Excel.\nReconcile AP, GL, bank, and intercompany accounts across multiple entities and currencies.\nClassify costs and allocate expenses across departments and entities.\nOwn month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.\nManage vendor relationships: maintain vendor records, resolve queries and discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.\nSupport audits with schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards (IFRS).\nRequirements\n7-10 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a fast-growing, multi-entity environment.\nStrong experience processing high volumes of vendor invoices and managing vendor relationships.\nComfortable handling accounting in both Excel and an accounting system, including manual entries, manual journals, and manually maintained accounts.\nAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data cleaning).\nWorking knowledge of accounting systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.\nSolid understanding of multi-company, intercompany, and multi-currency accounting and reconciliations.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic setup.\nExcellent communication and organisational skills.\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
