When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.\nWe are seeking a results-driven Manager, Global Procurement Operations to support the execution and continuous improvement of global procurement operations, with a particular focus on supplier lifecycle management and end-to-end purchase requisition to purchase order processes outside the China or APAC regions.\nBased in Warsaw, this role will work during the US hours and closely with Global Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to establish and maintain an efficient, scalable, and compliant procurement operating model. The successful candidate will support and streamline procurement workflows, ensure data accuracy and process compliance, and drive operational excellence across the global supplier lifecycle and procure-to-pay processes.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong operational and analytical capabilities with cross-functional collaboration skills and attention to details and experience managing global procurement processes in a complex, international environment.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Global Supplier Lifecycle Management\nLead and coordinate end-to-end supplier lifecycle management for vendors outside China or APAC, supporting global sourcing diversification, supply chain resilience, and business continuity objectives.\nManage supplier registration, onboarding, activation, ongoing maintenance, and offboarding in accordance with global procurement policies and business requirements.\nPartner with sourcing, legal, finance, tax, compliance, risk management, quality, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure suppliers meet company requirements before engagement and throughout the supplier relationship.\nCoordinate supplier due diligence and validation activities, including company registration, tax documentation, banking information, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and contractual documentation, as applicable.\nOversee supplier master data creation, validation, maintenance, and periodic reviews to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal controls.\nEstablish and maintain standardized supplier lifecycle procedures, approval workflows, documentation requirements, and service-level agreements across regions and business units.\nMonitor supplier lifecycle milestones, documentation validity, compliance status, and outstanding actions to ensure timely completion of required activities and minimize operational disruptions.\nCoordinate periodic supplier reviews and revalidation activities, including updates to supplier information, certifications, compliance documentation, and risk profiles, as required.\nIdentify and resolve supplier-related operational issues, including onboarding delays, master data discrepancies, documentation gaps, compliance exceptions, and supplier status changes.\nCoordinate supplier suspension, deactivation, and offboarding activities, ensuring appropriate approvals, system updates, documentation retention, and alignment with outstanding purchasing, invoicing, and payment obligations.\nMaintain visibility into supplier lifecycle status, risks, bottlenecks, and escalations through effective reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.\nDrive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of supplier lifecycle processes to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and enhance the supplier experience across global markets.\n2. Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Management\nSupport the effective execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end P2P processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods or service receipt.\nPartner with procurement, finance, accounts payable, and business stakeholders to ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval workflows, and internal controls.\nMonitor P2P transactions to identify process gaps, exceptions, delayed approvals, invoice/receiving discrepancies, and other operational issues.\nCoordinate issue resolution across relevant teams to minimize payment delays, reduce rework, and improve supplier experience.\nPromote compliance with purchase order requirements, approval matrices, supplier master data standards, and invoice-processing procedures.\nDrive process standardization and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and scalability.\nSupport the implementation and adoption of procurement systems, workflows, and process enhancements.\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials for relevant stakeholders.\n3. Global Procurement Operations & Governance\nSupport the implementation and consistent application of global procurement policies, procedures, and operational standards.\nCollaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align procurement operations across markets while addressing local business and regulatory requirements.\nEstablish effective controls over supplier onboarding, vendor master data, purchasing transactions, and P2P activities.\nSupport internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation, transaction records, and evidence of compliance.\nIdentify operational risks and recommend practical mitigation measures to strengthen process reliability and business continuity.\nFacilitate communication and issue resolution across global teams, including stakeholders in all regions and other sourcing markets.\n4.
