Drive innovation in MDM, Reference Data Management (RDM) and other data initiatives and shape the long-term view based on industry trends and opportunities. Drive harmonization of relevant Master Data processes to provide a common view of the business while also offering flexibility to meet functional needs. Lead targeted communication, change management, and training associated with Master Data Management to ensure adoption. Drive the centralization, standardization, and harmonization of the master data landscape. Develop targeted metrics showing impacts of data activities, with executive dashboard to show key benefits and outcomes associated with data activities. Continued focus on master data operational excellence, including advanced technologies, to optimize data value chain. Experience leading multiple development teams across various value streams providing nurturing leadership and talent development efforts for successful project delivery, application, and platform support. Lead requirement analysis and design discussions with users, technical and business stakeholders and monitor all agile ceremonies with teams.
