You will report to our Lead KAM and work closely with the Business Developers, Account Executives, EV team, IZIX team, Finance team and Operations team.\nYour mission: make sure our B2B clients get the most out of BePark, and grow these accounts over time (upsell/cross-sell).\nYour responsibilities\nManage a portfolio of B2B clients across Belgium and Luxembourg\nAct as the main point of contact for your clients when they need support on operational topics\nOnboard new clients on our solutions (parking, IZIX, EV) and be their day-to-day contact\nBuild relationships: training, feedback collection, product updates, usage reporting\nSecure renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (more spaces, new sites, IZIX, EV charging)\nClose your own upsell and cross-sell deals\nShare client needs with Product and Operations to improve our offer\nKeep HubSpot up to date and contribute to sales processes and tools\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for :\nA first experience in sales, account management or customer success\nFluent in Dutch + French (mandatory)\nStrong commercial sense and a real interest in client relationships\nClear communicator, comfortable presenting to clients\nStrong listening and analytical abilities to quickly understand prospects’ needs.\nOrganized, rigorous, and able to manage your time efficiently.\nEntrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to learn.\nAmbition to grow long term in the company!\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer :\nPerformance-based sales bonus to reward your drive!\nEpic Team Traditions ⇒ At least 4 major teambuilding events per year and Friday afterworks (excellent Belgian beers included!
