Responsibilities\nBuilding Systems & Maintenance\nPerform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and utilities\nAssist with maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems\nSupport upkeep of refrigeration equipment such as coolers and air dryers\nHelp maintain water systems, including basic treatment and monitoring\nGeneral Facility Maintenance\nComplete general building repairs such as:Plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, drains)\nMinor wall repairs, painting, and ceiling tile replacement\nRoof leak patching and basic structural repairs\n\nMaintain and repair doors, dock equipment, and other facility components\nEquipment & Mechanical Support\nAssist with maintenance of motors, compressors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment\nPerform basic fabrication, repairs, and adjustments as needed\nGrounds & Seasonal Work\nPerform basic grounds maintenance and landscaping\nAssist with snow removal and operate equipment as needed\nSafety & Teamwork\nFollow all safety policies and procedures\nKeep work areas clean and organized\nWork from maintenance schedules, service requests, and team priorities\nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n1-3 years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience\nWillingness to learn and take on a variety of maintenance tasks\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nWillingness to work overtime as needed\nRequired Skills\nBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability\nExperience using hand and power tools safely\nAbility to follow instructions and read basic technical information\nStrong work ethic and reliability\nMust provide own basic hand tools\nPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)\nExperience with HVAC, plumbing, or building systems\n Basic electrical knowledge (motors, controls, or troubleshooting)\nExperience in a manufacturing
