This is an opportunity to develop people, improve processes, and drive performance while working with advanced packaging and converting technology.\nOur 82,000-square-foot Spartanburg facility specializes in innovative packaging solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. The plant features sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexographic, die-cutting, and folder/gluer equipment in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.\nShift: Monday-Friday, 2 p.m.-10 p.m.\nCompensation: Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications\nRelocation: Paid relocation assistance available for qualified candidates\nWhat You'll Do\nLead, coach, and develop a team of production employees\nDrive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time performance\nManage daily production priorities, staffing, equipment, and workflow\nIdentify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime\nPartner with maintenance, quality, and other teams to improve plant performance\nDrive continuous improvement and waste-reduction initiatives\nBuild an engaged, accountable, and high-performing team\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience\nPackaging, printing, converting, or folding-carton manufacturing experience required\nExperience with die cutting, folder/gluer, sheetfed press, flexographic printing, or similar packaging operations strongly preferred\nStrong leadership, coaching, and employee-development skills\nSolid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, quality, and production workflows\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills\nLean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred\nAbility to read, write, and understand English to communicate effectively and follow safety, quality, and production requirements\nAbility to adapt to changing production priorities\nWillingness to work overtime as business needs require\nWhy Quad?\nAt Quad, you'll do more than manage a shift.
