Job Description:
  • Responsible for upgrade/patch/maintain VMware Horizon environment
  • Responsible for expand current VMware Horizon environment (Add App stack, Install new RDSH, install new application inside RDSH, etc)
  • Responsible for advance troubleshooting of VMware Horizon environment within tight SLA
  • Manage communication and escalation to VMware support
  • Perform preventive measure to maintain VMware Horizon system health

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • VMware VCP-DTM is highly preferable
  • Have a knowledge in supporting environment (Microsoft AD, DNS, File Sharing, etc)
  • Detail and well organize
  • Good communication and good team player
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): VMware, VMware horizon, VDI
