help shape the evolution of our iOS platform, used daily by millions of users worldwide.\nYou will play a key role in setting technical direction, leading complex initiatives, and delivering high-quality user experiences, while remaining hands-on in development.\nYou will be responsible for:\nDriving the technical direction of the iOS platform, ensuring long-term scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nDesigning and delivering high-impact iOS features and systems, balancing short-term product needs with long-term platform health.\n\nLeading cross-functional initiatives with product, design, data, backend, and Android teams.\n\nDriving engineering best practices across the iOS team, including code quality, testing, and development processes.\n\nMentoring iOS engineers and contributing to technical leadership and knowledge sharing.\n\nAssessing the technical, user, and business impact of the features you ship, using data and user feedback to inform decisions.\n\nContinuously improving the iOS tech stack and tooling (Swift, SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency).\n\nWorking alongside AI-powered tools to amplify productivity and creativity.\n\nProfile\n8+ years of professional iOS development experience, including ownership of large-scale, consumer-facing apps.\n\nPrevious experience as a Staff iOS Engineer (or equivalent), with demonstrated impact beyond feature delivery.\n\nStrong product sensitivity, combined with deep technical expertise applied at the platform level (outside of pure feature work).\n\nProven experience improving the iOS app globally, including architecture, performance, tooling, and development processes.\n\nAbility to identify, investigate, and drive solutions to complex technical problems affecting multiple teams.\n\nStrong track record of mentoring engineers, leading peer programming, and enabling teams to adopt better technical practices.\n\nExcellent knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI, with real-world experience shipping and maintaining production systems.\n\nSolid understanding of iOS architecture and system design.\n\nData-informed mindset, comfortable using analytics and feedback to guide
