The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple active matters, maintaining organized case files, meeting deadlines, and providing exceptional support to attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation.\nIf you are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative professional environment, we encourage you to apply.\nResponsibilities\nGather, review, and organize documentation for litigation matters.\nConduct conflict checks and open new matters within the firm's case management system.\nMaintain organized electronic and physical case files.\nPrepare and electronically file legal documents through NYSCEF and other applicable e-filing systems while ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.\nAssist attorneys with preparing pleadings, motions, petitions, summonses, complaints, proposed orders, notices of entry, and other legal documents.\nConduct background research and obtain public records as needed.\nCoordinate and track service of process.\nMonitor litigation deadlines, court appearances, and attorney calendars.\nCommunicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and self-represented parties.\nProvide reliable administrative and litigation support throughout the life of each case.\nQualifications\n2-4 years of civil litigation experience.\nPrevious experience in foreclosure, collections, default services, or another high-volume litigation practice is strongly preferred.\nExperience conducting conflict checks.\nWorking knowledge of NYSCEF electronic filing.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAssociate's degree or Paralegal Studies certificate preferred.\nSchedule\nMonday -
