Duties & Responsibilities\nTraining & Professional Development\nComplete our structured sales training program.\nLearn fundamentals of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems, terminology, and service offerings.\nDevelop proficiency in prospecting, proposal development, and consultative selling techniques.\nParticipate in ride-alongs with experienced sales and field personnel.\nGain understanding of estimating, pricing structures, and value-based selling strategies.\nParticipate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.\nBusiness Development & Prospecting\nProspect and generate new maintenance agreement opportunities within commercial and institutional markets.\nIdentify and target facility managers, property managers, building owners, and key decision-makers.\nDevelop leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, and industry engagement.\nBuild and maintain a consistent and active sales pipeline.\nResearch potential customers and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.\nSales & Proposal Development\nConduct customer meetings and site visits to assess facility needs.\nDevelop and present customized preventive maintenance proposals.\nCommunicate the value of preventative maintenance, reliability, energy efficiency, and long-term cost savings.\nCollaborate with operations and service teams to develop accurate scopes of work and pricing.\nNegotiate and close maintenance agreements while meeting company profitability objectives.\nPipeline & CRM Management\nMaintain accurate records of prospects, customer interactions, proposals, and sales activities within CRM systems.\nTrack pipeline development, forecasts, and conversion metrics.\nMeet or exceed activity goals, sales targets, and revenue objectives.\nProvide regular updates on business development efforts and account status.\nMarket Engagement\nRepresent our company professionally within the marketplace.\nParticipate in industry organizations and networking events, including BOMA, IFMA, and local trade associations.\nStay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and market conditions.\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\nStrong desire to build a career in sales and business development.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\nSelf-motivated, competitive, and
