Обязанности:
- 1. Привлечение новых клиентов (ИП) Активный поиск и привлечение индивидуальных предпринимателей на месте бизнеса с целью предложения продукта онлайн-кредитования. 2. Консультирование и сопровождение клиентов Выявление потребностей клиента, презентация условий онлайн-кредита, помощь в подаче заявки и сопровождение клиента на всех этапах до получения финансирования.
- 3. Выполнение планов продаж и развитие портфеля Достижение установленных KPI по выдачам, увеличение объема продаж, а также работа с текущей базой клиентов для повторного кредитования и повышения лояльности.
- 4. Контроль качества портфеля Мониторинг качества кредитного портфеля по показателям FPD, SPD, TPD с целью своевременного выявления рисков и снижения уровня просроченной задолженности.
