Ensures all programs and services are conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of Berkeley Hall Club.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCheck in with the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef to receive any special duties for the day.\nInspects the dishwasher for any obstructions, proper assembly or mechanical difficulties, and prepares for operation.\nBreakdown the machine after every two hours of use and when shift is over.\nMaintain high sanitation standards in and on all areas that come in contact with food.\nCompletes a prep list provided by the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef on a daily basis.\nRotates all in-house prepared items.\nOther duties as assigned.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nCapable of working extended hours, to include weekends and holidays as necessary.\nAble to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed.\nMust be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities.\nPosition involves kneeling, stooping, bending, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs. This can occur throughout the day.\nMust be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.\nMust be able to transport oneself throughout the property. Must have a valid state driver’s license.\nMust have sufficient mathematical skills to accommodate cashier functions.\nENVIORNMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMust be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays.
