Participants are fully embedded within their assigned teams, where they contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with professionals across departments, and develop practical skills aligned with their academic background and career interests. This experience is designed to bridge classroom learning with professional application, offering exposure to industry tools, technologies, and leadership engagement.\nThe Dynamics Admin/Developer Intern (June 2027) or Co-Op will be part of the Sales & Marketing Business Systems team, supporting enterprise Microsoft Dynamics used across multiple business functions. This role provides hands-on experience with application administration, software development, integrations, reporting, and user support. The student will work alongside a team and business stakeholders to help design, build, test, and support solutions that improve business processes and user experience. Key functions will include but are not limited to:\nSupport Technical OperationsAssist with troubleshooting hardware/software issues, configuring systems, and supporting installations, moves, and upgrades.\n\nContribute to ProjectsWork on assigned projects that align with their academic background and team objectives. These may include software development, cybersecurity, data analysis, or infrastructure support.\n\nProvide End-User SupportHelp resolve service tickets, support desktop and laptop users, and respond to technical inquiries with a customer-service mindset.\n\nDocument and AnalyzeMaintain documentation for IT processes, assist in testing and implementation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.\n\nCollaborate Across TeamsEngage with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, contribute to team goals and shared deliverables.\n\nHands-On ExperienceInterns are embedded in their teams and gain exposure to real-world IT environments, tools, and workflows.\n\nMentorship & CoachingEach student is typically paired with a coach or mentor to guide their development and integration into the team.\n\n Presentation & Reflection At the end of the program, students present their project outcomes and reflect on their learning to BTS leadership.\n\nQualifications\nStrong communication skills (oral and written), especially for working with both technical and non-technical teams.\nDemonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nCustomer service orientation and a collaborative mindset.\nCuriosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.\nStrong passion for technology and cybersecurity\nPrior internship, co-op, or on or off-campus technical experience preferred, but not required\n Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with JavaScript and/or C# fundamentals.\nExperience with browser developer tools and basic web development technologies including HTML and CSS.\nFamiliarity with object-oriented programming concepts.\nKnowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nUnderstanding of REST APIs and JSON data structures.\nExperience using debugging and troubleshooting tools.\nExperience with Power BI is a plus.\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, or low-code platforms is a plus.\nAdditional Company Details\nWe do not accept unsolicited resumes from third party recruiting agencies or firms.
