Node.js/Java and GraphQL/REST for back-end), with the ability to design and implement significant new functionality with minimal supervision.\nProficiency in modern web application architecture and API design, including creating and interpreting design specifications and interface contracts with an understanding of interfacing systems and supported business processes.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to triage, research, and resolve second-level support incidents and complex defects spanning application, middleware, and infrastructure layers.\nProficiency with databases and data integration, including SQL, Microsoft SQL Server queries, stored procedures, tables, and views, as well as working knowledge of NoSQL where applicable, with the ability to assess and tune performance and scalability.\nDemonstrated competency in SDLC and Agile practices (Scrum and Kanban), including backlog refinement, estimation, code review, documentation, and unit, integration, and contract testing.\nHands-on DevSecOps experience, including Git-based workflows, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, environment management, feature flags, and automated testing to support safe, reliable releases.\nSecurity-minded engineering with practical knowledge of secure coding, dependency and secrets management, remediation of security findings, and alignment with internal controls and compliance expectations.\nPerformance and reliability awareness, including the ability to instrument applications using logging, metrics, and traces;
